Why Did We Start Mama’s Here?
Mama’s Here came to life in my first year of becoming a mom.
During pregnancy, I learned that nothing is more valuable than hearing another mom share her experience — not as unsolicited advice, but as a guide. There’s so much wisdom in every mother, no matter her background or circumstance. I hope you’ll welcome these stories with the same open mind (and open arms) that I did.

What To Expect.
There are no formalities here.
We talk about anything and everything that surrounds the motherhood experience. Have you ever spoken to a mom about her journey? It’s always up and down — and we’re all for it.

We’re not a community. We’re a channel to share our thoughts — both loud and quiet. Sometimes it’s hard to articulate how we feel to the people we love. I hope the stories you read here make you feel a little less lonely in the world.

A Bit More About Me
My name is Diyana — I’m a mom to a 3-year-old in Kuala Lumpur. I freelance as an emcee, and this is my journalist era. I enjoy asking Google the most random questions, hoping someone on Reddit has already started talking about it first.

Motherhood comes in so many shapes and forms, and every generation has its own incredible stories to tell. The best part about it all? We’re just here doing our best — and that’s enough. We’re never alone in this. That’s why Mama’s Here.
